Your order normally will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If you need our "base/ hair pre-cut service" before shipment, please allow an additional 1-2 working days.

Military Address
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island or any APO and FPO military addresses will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or made.
Once your order has been shipped, or is on the way, it cannot be cancelled. If you don’t want it anymore, please follow our return policy to return your order.
You will get a full refund if the order is cancelled. Please note that custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
Returns (if applicable)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 15% of the product price restocking fee will apply if it's returned without any QUALITY problem.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as the item you received. Do not cut, style, color, wash or wear the hair system. It must be in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately via the relevant photos or specific video so that we can assess the problem and do the right thing.
If it is our fault, we will cover the return cost. However, for any personal reason, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Customized items (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific order, please contact us.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the return is accepted, please purchase a new item alone.

If approved, the system will automatically refund you in the same manner as your original payment.
